Got a question, comment or gushing love note to send my way?

I'm thrilled. The best and fastest way to get in touch is via E-mail, Messenger, or Texting; however, if you would like to speak with me on the phone you may do so just know it may be awhile before I get back to you. It's not that I don't want to have a nice chat with you, or hear your lovely voices, its very time consuming to take all the calls, and I don't have great phone service most of the time. I live and work my business from home, out in the boonies just how I like it. 

I read every message and do my best to respond within a reasonable time. Generally, I work Mon – Sat, 9am – 5pm PST.

When it comes to customer care, I'm obsessive. So if you don’t hear back from me, that means I didn’t get your note so please do send it again.
